§ 1 Information about the processing of personal data and provider identification
In the following we inform about the processing of personal data when using this website.
Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally.

§ 2 Cookies
Cookies are files that are stored on your hard drive. Cookies are used by us exclusively in the applications for appointment bookings for the storage of session-relevant information within the website. They expire automatically at the end of the session and are not stored permanently.
§ 3 Purpose of data processing
The following data transmitted by your browser is used to enable you to visit the website. They are temporarily stored in a log file for a maximum of seven days.

A storage of IP addresses takes place temporarily to ensure an uninterrupted appointment booking offer.
The data are stored for the purpose of the appointment agreement for the respective appointment provider.
§ 4 Legal basis for processing
Legal basis of the processing of the above-mentioned data is your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. a, Art. 7 DSGVO.
§ 5 Transmission of data
Your data is transferred to the server via an encrypted connection.
The above data will not be transmitted at any time to a foreign entity outside the European Union or to an international organisation outside the European Union. The above data will be stored exclusively on servers within the European Union. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
§ 6 Duration of the storage of personal data
The above data will be stored to achieve the purpose (see § 3).
Data in logfiles will be deleted after seven days at the latest.
If an appointment is cancelled, the personal data will be deleted immediately.
§ 7 Right to information, rectification and cancellation
On request, we will inform you whether we have stored personal data about you. If we have stored personal data about you, we will inform you upon request what personal data we have stored about you, what purpose they serve and what deletion period they are subject to in detail.
If we have stored incorrect or incomplete information about you, we will correct it as soon as you notify us. If the examination of your data makes this necessary, we block your data on request for further processing until the examination is completed. If the data stored about you turns out to be incorrect or incomplete, we will delete or block it on request.
If the personal data that we may have stored about you should no longer be necessary for the purpose for which they were processed, you have the right to have the data deleted.
§ 8 Right of revocation
You can revoke your declaration of consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact the above-mentioned contact details informally.
The legality of the processing of your personal data on the basis of the consent until revocation is not affected.
